Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Immortal Technique, Nas, Tupac Shakur, KRS-One, Common, so many MC’s have discussed issues from politics to religion to social issues. All that big rims and bling garbage is only propagated by sellouts. Hip Hop was the voice of the voiceless, of people living the struggle. It’s only recently been polluted by fools talking about glamor. Don’t ever listen to the radio, real Hip Hop is never played on radio stations.

But Jay-z is talking about Diamonds as is The Dynasty as The Diamond as Roc-a-fella records his team as in The Dynasty Is forever. Have you heard Where have you been or tracks like Minority report. Jay-z can rap about everything but on this song he raps about his team.
