How so I harden newspaper for jewelry?

Question by Kit Kat’s Kool Kreations: How so I harden newspaper for jewelry?
I am not trying to make the rolled paper beads. What I want to know is if there is any way to harden newspaper to a certain shape, or if there is any thing that I can buy to spray that will harden it.
